Here is an above ground pool excavation project over in Boise.  Note - JB Land Works did not do the carpentry or pool installation, but we could! 

Hot tub pad recessed into the bank.  We also laid a paver path to the house (not pictured).  Sloped/graded lawn for better flood irrigation as well as keeping flood water from getting to/under the house.  Soil conditioned for reseeding, but due to cold/wet conditions (it was late Nov.)  we'll want to touch this up in the spring before seeding.

Here is a building pad for a double wide manufactured home and carport over in Caldwell.  We also punched a new driveway in around the shop for access.

This was a concrete floor and footings for a large shop.  Customer is building a new shop with another contractor, but JB Land Works took care of the demo and clean up for them. 

Building up a trailer parking pad, with Jim from Jim's Construction Services, behind what will be his new 45x60 shop.  I also punched in a little dirt access road for tractor/lawn mower/ATV to get down to the lawn and pond.  NOTE - JB Land Works does not do concrete, but I work with/help a couple contractors that do good work!

Because JB Land Works is a small company (OK, it's just me normally) I don't do contract snow removal.  However, I am more than happy to help with snow plowing on a job by job basis.  The Takeuchi track loader works especially well for pushing deeper snow on long driveways, scraping compacted snow from small to medium sized parking lots, and pushing back snow piles or berms when roadways starting getting tight due to heavy snow.
